About the role

  • E-Commerce Project & Growth Specialist optimizing global B2B webshop ecosystem and driving impactful marketing initiatives. Shaping customers' buying journey through digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing activities – including landing page creation, newsletter campaigns, and other on-site promotions.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and timing.
  • Analyze campaign performance and webshop KPIs (traffic, conversion, order value) to recommend improvements.
  • Support e-commerce projects and learn how our ERP/webshop systems enable growth.
  • Contribute to pricing, discount, and campaign discussions from a performance and growth perspective.
  • Explore opportunities for e-commerce visibility.
  • Analyze growth opportunities and identify new ways to drive adoption and engagement.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with landing pages, newsletters, and campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with key e-commerce metrics (conversion, order value, retention) and ability to connect them to business outcomes.
  • Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Marketo, and analytics platforms is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • A curious, proactive, and open mindset, eager to learn, experiment, and make an impact.
