Responsibilities
Manage crew air travel logistics by analyzing flight data
Ensure compliance with travel policies
Implement cost-saving strategies
Optimize ticketing processes and reduce expenses
Improve crew movement strategies
Conduct flight availability searches, book flights, issue tickets
Manage and respond to Salesforce case queues
Review and process Passenger Name Records (PNRs)
Analyze and process fare refunds and ticket exchanges
Verify and modify flight schedules
Coordinate with Scheduling to present optimal options for crew movement
Stay up to date with training and learning courses
Develop and implement process improvements
Conduct daily reviews of refund opportunities and ticketing data
Adapt to airline industry changes
Verify travel documentation requirements
Requirements
4-year degree in a related field (Workforce Scheduling, Logistics, Airline, Cruise Line, or Travel Agency Services) and/or equivalent professional experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with acute attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience working with airline reservation systems (Sabre GDS preferred)
Ability to assess cost impact related to crew movement and fleet operations
Knowledge of global travel regulations
Strong critical thinking skills
Experience with airline contracts, fare negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives is a plus
