- Develop and implement process improvements
- Conduct daily reviews of refund opportunities and ticketing data

- Verify travel documentation requirements
Requirements
- 4-year degree in a related field (Workforce Scheduling, Logistics, Airline, Cruise Line, or Travel Agency Services) and/or equivalent professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience working with airline reservation systems (Sabre GDS preferred)
- Ability to assess cost impact related to crew movement and fleet operations
- Knowledge of global travel regulations
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Experience with airline contracts, fare negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives is a plus
