About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute annual and long-term commercial growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives
  • Identify and prioritize revenue growth opportunities across customer segments, products, and markets
  • Own and optimize pricing models and commercial offerings
  • Drive improvements in conversion, retention, and upsell through analysis, experimentation, and insight
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product and Marketing to implement growth initiatives and embed commercial priorities
  • Improve customer lifetime value through enhanced onboarding, engagement, retention, and renewal strategies
  • Track, analyze, and report on key commercial KPIs such as revenue and focus on lead generation.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership to support forecasting and decision-making

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial growth, strategy, sales operations, or marketplace environments
  • Strong experience in lead or revenue optimization
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Marketing
  • Experience operating in data-driven, performance-oriented environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action
  • A proactive, structured, and results-oriented working style
