Responsibilities
Manage a 7-figure marketing budget, setting and managing to ambitious KPIs across Paid Search, Paid Social, and other new channels
Create a testing strategy that encompasses testing within existing channels and identifying and executing tests in new channels
Work with our no-code web development tooling and product teams to test new landing page experiences, segmentation, and targeting tactics
Collaborate with internal creative team to launch customer-centric creative tests across a variety of formats (ex: static, video, testimonials)
Maintain and share weekly reporting dashboards, ensuring you’re digging into the “why” behind campaign performance
Build a deep understanding of our customer funnel, ensuring your channels are driving high-quality leads
Requirements
2+ years of experience driving growth within a B2C performance marketing function
Background in digital marketing with emphasis on Meta and Google, other digital channels a plus
Aptitude for rigorous experimentation, relentlessly seeking ways to improve campaign efficiency and profitability
Deep experience with data analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Google Analytics, or Looker
Experience with high consideration/LTV products
Strong written and verbal communication skills and can synthesize learnings to share with stakeholders and executive leadership
Amazing attention to detail
Team player attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
