Digital Web Growth Manager optimizing stackfuel.com for performance, UX, and conversion in Berlin. Collaborating on web projects and ensuring measurable contributions to growth goals.
Responsibilities
You will continuously develop stackfuel.com, optimizing content, user flows and conversion paths, and ensure our website is convincing from a technological, content and visual perspective.
You will work in a data-driven, structured and independent manner to improve UX, GEO visibility and on-page conversion rate.
You will manage web projects, implement tests and ensure that our website contributes measurably to our growth goals.
Project management of cross-functional web projects, e.g. feature rollouts, tool integrations or sprint planning
Content management & quality assurance: maintain existing pages, build new landing pages and perform regular QA
Conversion optimization (CRO) through analysis of user data, A/B testing and continuous improvement of user flows
GEO optimization (on-page & structural) to increase organic visibility and lead generation
Monitoring & reporting of relevant KPIs (e.g. conversion rate, page speed, organic leads) and deriving concrete measures
Requirements
Completed degree or equivalent qualification related to web, marketing or digital business
Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English
Several years of experience in website, conversion or growth management
Solid knowledge of content management, SEO and conversion optimization (including A/B testing), as well as confident handling of CMS systems (especially WordPress/Elementor) and basic HTML/CSS skills
Analytical, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
Experience with web analytics and CRO tools (e.g. GA4, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager)
