Responsibilities
Identify, assess, and move forward revenue-generating initiatives prior to program delivery.
Explore new continuing education offerings, micro-credentials and certificate programs, international partnerships, and other opportunities that expand the Faculty’s educational impact and reach.
Conduct market and financial analysis, develop business cases, and bring forward viable proposals that respond to evolving healthcare and professional education needs.
Build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners, including academic leaders, industry organizations, and international institutions.
Represent the Faculty in partnership discussions and networking forums.
Monitor developments in healthcare workforce training, continuing education, and international education.
Provide insights and recommendations to Faculty leadership on emerging opportunities and risks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Education, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.
A graduate degree in a relevant discipline is considered an asset.
Business development, strategic growth initiatives, or partnership development
Program development within postsecondary or professional education environments
Market research, business analysis, or feasibility assessments
Advancing revenue-generating initiatives or new service/program development
Experience working within a postsecondary, healthcare, or professional education environment is preferred.
Strong analytical skills, including market research and financial or business analysis.
Ability to translate ideas into clear business cases and strategic recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
