About the role

  • Paid Media Specialist focused on execution and analysis across paid media channels for a growth marketing team. Engaging in optimizations, reporting, and creator-led advertising to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support - build, launch, and optimize campaigns across: Paid Search (Google) and YouTube, Programmatic & CTV (where applicable), Meta, TikTok, & More
  • Execute day-to-day optimizations: budgets, pacing, bids, audiences, and creative testing
  • Execute structured creative tests across formats, creators, and platforms
  • Support scaling decisions through in-platform analysis and experimentation
  • Pull and analyze performance reports across channels
  • Conduct cohort analyses and funnel analysis using platform data + Shopify
  • Analyze halo effects and cross-channel impact
  • Partner on attribution thinking (platform metrics vs blended performance)
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Support execution and reporting for creator-led advertising
  • Help manage performance tracking as creator content flows into: TikTok, YouTube, Meta
  • Analyze creator performance across channels and formats
  • Help surface insights on what content, creators, and narratives scale best
  • Use AI and automation tools to improve workflows (reporting, analysis, creative iteration, research)
  • Help streamline processes for testing, reporting, and insights
  • Constantly look for ways to move faster without sacrificing rigor

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on paid media experience across paid search and paid social platforms
  • Experience working directly inside paid platforms (not just overseeing)
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with data, cohorts, and performance analysis
  • Familiarity with Shopify and ecommerce performance metrics
  • Understanding of how channels interact and drive incremental growth
  • Interest in creator-led advertising and performance storytelling
  • Comfort moving fast, testing often, and owning results
  • Nice to Have: Experience scaling budgets across multiple paid channels, Exposure to MMM, incrementality testing, or blended reporting, Experience working with creators or UGC-style content, Strong comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency
  • Background in paid search and/or programmatic / CTV
