About the role

  • Dynamic team assistant supporting sales, logistics, and office organization in a global pharmaceutical company. Engaging directly with management, taking on real responsibilities from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial accountability
  • Processing invoices, quotations & contracts
  • Maintaining master data & document management
  • Digital filing & efficient office organization
  • Sales support with development potential
  • Assisting in sales & customer acquisition
  • Building your own network of customers & partners
  • Analyzing customer data & taking on independent projects
  • Logistics & international collaboration
  • Support with imports/exports, customs & goods movements
  • Coordination with freight forwarders, suppliers & customers
  • Close cooperation with warehouse, purchasing & sales

Requirements

  • At least completed commercial training (wholesale/foreign trade, freight forwarding, or industry)
  • Strong communication skills & enjoyment of customer contact
  • Interest in sales-oriented and logistics-related topics
  • Willingness to travel (trade shows, customers, suppliers)
  • Fluent German skills & good English skills
  • Confident user of MS Office
