About the role

  • Customer Service Assistant providing administrative support for after-sales operations at Coperion. Collaborating with Service Managers to enhance customer service and manage invoicing tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support for the Service Managers: Recording/invoicing of service assignments, Managing and invoicing maintenance contracts
  • Uploading invoices and Assisting with reminders for outstanding invoices
  • Assisting in scheduling appointments and follow-ups with worldwide customers
  • Preparing reports (ERP and Excel)
  • Creating presentations in Powerpoint
  • Support for the Spare Parts team: Processing spare parts orders and Handling exchange deliveries

Requirements

  • Experience as sales assistant, customer service assistant
  • Some technical experience would be appreciated
  • Very good spoken and written skills in English and German
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP experience
  • Ability to manage stress and peak workloads
  • Independent and self-motivated
