About the role

  • Customer Service Representative responsible for assistance and guidance at Arcadia Cold Storage. Handling customer requests and processing orders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing Customer Service assistance and guidance for their assigned site
  • Handling all customer requests
  • Order entry and running daily reports
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure timely handling of customer requests
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Processing hold/release of inventory
  • Reviewing receipts/outbounds for accuracy
  • Invoicing and verifying accounts accurately and timely
  • Generating customer reports
  • Verifying inventory and notifying customers of potential shortages
  • Ensuring electronic transactions are not failing
  • Coordinating with Operations on special requests

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Willingness to carry out procedures as directed
  • Understand and follow verbal instruction, written instruction, and company policies
  • Comfortable working independently or as a team.
