Responsibilities
Providing Customer Service assistance and guidance for their assigned site
Handling all customer requests
Order entry and running daily reports
Working closely with all departments to ensure timely handling of customer requests
Developing and maintaining customer relationships
Processing hold/release of inventory
Reviewing receipts/outbounds for accuracy
Invoicing and verifying accounts accurately and timely
Generating customer reports
Verifying inventory and notifying customers of potential shortages
Ensuring electronic transactions are not failing
Coordinating with Operations on special requests
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
High level of attention to detail
Willingness to carry out procedures as directed
Understand and follow verbal instruction, written instruction, and company policies
