About the role
- IT Onboarding and Support Specialist improving onboarding experience for new hires in a dynamic international organization focused on life sciences.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the procurement and distribution of laptops and IT equipment for new hires across multiple locations
- Manage vendor relationships and track orders to ensure timely delivery aligned with employee start dates
- Prepare and configure devices, ensuring licenses, policies, and security standards are met
- Manage laptop inventory across vendors and on-site office locations
- Maintain and update onboarding tickets with accurate and current status
- Facilitate the onboarding process by setting up user accounts, configuring laptops, and arranging equipment shipments
- Provide second-level technical support, especially during onboarding phases
- Deliver on-site IT support for the Warsaw office, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
Requirements
- Strong experience with Windows 11, Office 365 Suite, Microsoft Intune, and Autopilot (mandatory)
- Proven experience in IT support, preferably in onboarding and equipment management
- Ability to provide independent on-site IT support and troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication with a customer-focused mindset
- Experience with IT service management tools and support practices
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
