About the role

  • Analista de SDR Júnior in RANDS responsible for pre-sales and managing lead engagement. Focus on consulting sales techniques and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

  • Update and manage the sales pipeline through inbound and outbound initiatives.
  • Engage and qualify leads using consultative selling techniques.
  • Identify prospects' needs and objections, develop conversion arguments, and create opportunities for Sales Representatives.
  • Make contacts via phone, WhatsApp and email, applying SPIN questions to understand leads' context.
  • Handle leads interested in consortium plans, classify and record them in the CRM, and schedule consultation meetings.
  • Execute follow-up, ensure the quality of scheduled appointments, and support funnel progression.
  • Log activities in the system and report routines to the manager.
  • Other commercial routines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Sales, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel;
  • Experience or familiarity with sales techniques;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience prospecting and qualifying leads in Financial Services;
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling or BANT.
