About the role

  • Marketing Specialist supporting initiatives for brand awareness and audience engagement in advanced materials and aerospace sectors. Collaborating with the Marketing Manager on campaigns and research activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support key initiatives across content development, messaging, lead generation, and market research.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to create high-quality marketing materials.
  • Execute targeted campaigns that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and qualified lead growth.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of lead generation and outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Create and edit short-form videos, graphics, and visual assets for LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars, and the website.
  • Assist with writing and editing marketing copy for emails, landing pages, social posts, and lead-generation assets.
  • Support marketing for industry events, conferences, workshops, and webinars.
  • Conduct keyword and topic research to identify high-interest subjects for content and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media studies, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Preferred proficiency in the following software: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
