Responsibilities

  • Tell and shape Heavnn’s story
  • Define and evolve Heavnn’s narrative, positioning, and tone
  • Translate a complex product into clear, compelling messages
  • Express that story through content, social media, community, partnerships, and experiments
  • Collect feedback and signals from audience and customers
  • Observe how messages perform across channels
  • Experiment, learn, and refine the approach
  • Build and scale marketing
  • Contribute to defining marketing priorities and strategy
  • Run and analyze experiments across different traction channels
  • Help structure marketing processes and tools over time

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in marketing, growth, or related roles
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level)
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and pedagogically
  • Data-driven approach with focus on experiments, analysis, and validation
  • Previous experience in a startup or early-stage environment is a plus
  • Previous exposure to fintech, legaltech, traveltech, or similarly complex products is a plus
  • Experience working with international or remote-first audiences is a plus
