Responsibilities
Tell and shape Heavnn’s story
Define and evolve Heavnn’s narrative, positioning, and tone
Translate a complex product into clear, compelling messages
Express that story through content, social media, community, partnerships, and experiments
Collect feedback and signals from audience and customers
Observe how messages perform across channels
Experiment, learn, and refine the approach
Build and scale marketing
Contribute to defining marketing priorities and strategy
Run and analyze experiments across different traction channels
Help structure marketing processes and tools over time
Requirements
3–7 years of experience in marketing, growth, or related roles
Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level)
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and pedagogically
Data-driven approach with focus on experiments, analysis, and validation
Previous experience in a startup or early-stage environment is a plus
Previous exposure to fintech, legaltech, traveltech, or similarly complex products is a plus
Experience working with international or remote-first audiences is a plus
