Responsibilities
Independently initiate contact with our existing customers
Actively schedule appointments for consultations in our stores
Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
Provide telephone-based customer advice on products, pricing and the KIND consultation process
Work independently and take responsibility based on clearly defined targets
Requirements
Experience in telemarketing is desirable; career changers are welcome
Availability from at least 25 hours per week
Enjoy structured, goal-oriented customer communication and performance- and results-oriented work
Confident, empathetic and persuasive demeanor in customer interactions
Comfortable with both customer support and active selling
Strong customer and service orientation and a high commitment to quality
