About the role

  • HR Generalist managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding at QCG Computer GmbH. Ensuring compliance and accuracy in HR operations with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Support and management of HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management and personnel changes.
  • First point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions and advisory on policies and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law requirements and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain and update personnel files, HR databases and digital HR systems to ensure accuracy, compliance and data quality.
  • Prepare payroll-relevant data and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure correct monthly payroll.
  • Produce HR reports, statistics and documentation for internal use, audits and management decisions.
  • Participate in HR projects, e.g., process optimization, digitization or compliance-related initiatives.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law (e.g., labor/employment law) or a comparable field.
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in German labor law and HR compliance.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, particularly document management and basic payroll coordination.
  • Experience with HR systems or digital personnel file management is an advantage.
  • Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style with strong organizational skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, service orientation and strong communication skills.
  • Proactive work approach and willingness to support smaller HR projects and process improvements.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English.
