Responsibilities
Support and management of HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management and personnel changes.
First point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions and advisory on policies and processes.
Ensure compliance with employment law requirements and internal HR policies.
Maintain and update personnel files, HR databases and digital HR systems to ensure accuracy, compliance and data quality.
Prepare payroll-relevant data and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure correct monthly payroll.
Produce HR reports, statistics and documentation for internal use, audits and management decisions.
Participate in HR projects, e.g., process optimization, digitization or compliance-related initiatives.
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law (e.g., labor/employment law) or a comparable field.
Knowledge of or strong interest in German labor law and HR compliance.
Good understanding of HR processes, particularly document management and basic payroll coordination.
Experience with HR systems or digital personnel file management is an advantage.
Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style with strong organizational skills.
High level of confidentiality, service orientation and strong communication skills.
Proactive work approach and willingness to support smaller HR projects and process improvements.
Excellent written and spoken German and English.
