About the role

  • Technical Account Manager at QUALCO managing client relationships and IT solutions. Focused on delivering exceptional customer experience and ensuring project success through excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers’ requests and take care of any technical issues;
  • Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors;
  • Always strive to provide exceptional customer experience;
  • Manage customer expectation and lead them to customer satisfaction;
  • Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfil customers’ requirements;
  • Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities;
  • Evaluating customer needs to suggest solutions;
  • Create a written technical solution proposal that meets customer requirements;
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for IT solutions and problem resolution;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in IT or similar role;
  • Client oriented with client facing experience;
  • University degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects;
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
  • Team player;
  • Excellent time-management skills;
  • Experience and strong knowledge in Microsoft Office and Project.
  • Experience with ΙΤ solutions that are related Cloud and on-premises infrastructure;
  • Good understanding of networking infrastructure and components;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft server products and applications;
