Responsibilities
Analyse and define high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilising deep platform knowledge to address client needs effectively.
Bridge business and technology by clearly communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders through verbal and written channels.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, prioritise backlogs, and drive outcome-focused delivery.
Apply Agile practices (including Scrum), writing user stories, participating in ceremonies, and promoting iterative delivery and testing.
Embed a value mindset by defining benefits, tracking KPIs, and ensuring delivery aligns with client outcomes.
Demonstrate strong understanding of data governance, API integration, security, and privacy concepts, with awareness of MuleSoft, Salesforce Data Cloud & Analytics.
Incorporate responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance-by-design and addressing security, privacy, and risk considerations.
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary, cross-territory teams, transforming strategic alliances into actionable demand and delivery pipelines.
Requirements
Proven experience analysing and defining Salesforce business solutions, with Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud) and commitment to continuous credential growth.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Strong communication skills bridging business and technology stakeholders.
Expertise in workshop facilitation, backlog prioritisation, and stakeholder management with outcome-driven decision-making.
Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement and sprint ceremonies.
Solid understanding of data integration, security, and privacy principles; awareness of MuleSoft and Salesforce Data Cloud & Analytics.
Demonstrated knowledge of responsible AI and compliance-by-design principles.
Experience in one or more priority sectors: Financial Services, Retail & Consumer Goods, Health, Energy Utilities & Mining.
