About the role

  • District Sales Manager leading Territory Managers in selling products for US Foods. Coaching and training for sales objectives and customer satisfaction while managing territory performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a group of Territory Managers (TMs) in selling products and services
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to TMs
  • Lead TMs to achieve Division sales, penetration and churn reduction objectives
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies and proposals
  • Conduct periodic Customer Business Reviews to identify customer needs
  • Recruit, train and mentor new hires as well as existing TMs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • A minimum of five years of foodservice sales experience required.
  • A minimum of two years of supervisory experience required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, preferably in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
