About the role

  • Manager of Demand Generation driving pipeline growth through integrated campaigns at Progyny. Collaborating cross-functionally to optimize marketing efforts and deliver measurable results for healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work with our digital marketing team to develop and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, SEO/SEM, and other platforms to drive qualified leads and revenue growth
  • Design and execute personalized ABM programs targeting key accounts, leveraging insights to tailor messaging and outreach strategies
  • Work closely with digital marketing team to manage and optimize Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platform HubSpot to ensure effective lead scoring, nurturing, and seamless handoff to sales teams
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, utilizing data to inform decisions and improve ROI
  • Work with VP, Digital Marketing to effectively communicate those metrics to the sales team and broader leadership
  • Work closely with sales, client success, product marketing, and other stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels
  • Collaborate with content teams to create compelling materials that support demand generation efforts, including whitepapers, case studies, and webinars
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and enhance demand generation strategies

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Healthcare benefits experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience with all aspects of campaign creation – from strategy ideation to execution to reporting
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including paid media platforms, social media channels, email marketing platforms and social listening platforms
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot marketing platform and CMS
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Proven track-record of digital optimizations across the lifecycle of a campaign
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to read data and allow it to drive decision-making
  • Effective communications skills, both written and oral
  • Must be able to develop strong cross functional relationships and be able to effectively communicate to both internal and external partners in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to drive creative and technical aspects while maintaining project momentum
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across an internal team and multiple stakeholder teams
