Responsibilities
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
Review resumes and proactively source passive candidates using various channels
Screen inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and interest as needed
Engage and nurture talent pools for current and future openings
Provide a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication
Maintain market intelligence on industry trends and competitor movements
Collaborate on diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive outreach.
Requirements
2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or specialized environment
Proven ability to find and engage passive talent across various platforms
Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Experience sourcing within a financial services corporate environment a plus.
