About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Pacific Life identifying and engaging candidates across key functions. You'll support our growing hiring needs while providing a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
  • Review resumes and proactively source passive candidates using various channels
  • Screen inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and interest as needed
  • Engage and nurture talent pools for current and future openings
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication
  • Maintain market intelligence on industry trends and competitor movements
  • Collaborate on diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive outreach.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or specialized environment
  • Proven ability to find and engage passive talent across various platforms
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience sourcing within a financial services corporate environment a plus.
