Responsibilities
CRM Management & Automation: Oversee our Pipedrive system, including setting up email automations, managing lead segmentation, and ensuring deals progress smoothly through the pipeline.
Consultation & Outreach: Conduct follow-up calls with potential students to provide feedback, offer guidance on promotions, and assist them in choosing the right training.
Reporting & Insights: Generate general reports and provide data-driven insights to help the team monitor sales performance and improve processes.
Workflow Optimization: Identify structural inefficiencies and propose logical improvements to automate manual tasks within the sales funnel.
Contract Administration: Manage the contracting process by preparing and sending out agreements to enrolling students.
Requirements
Ideally you have some experience in Sales / Sourcing / Recruitment
You have outstanding communication skills both in Hungarian and in English
You have a foundational understanding of CRM systems (Pipedrive is an advantage)
You are proactive and self-motivated, you enjoy talking and also helping others
You are happy to make daily calls and regularly follow up with prospects
You know how to work with others, but you are comfortable with doing your job independently
You are able to make procedural decisions and judgments
