Responsibilities
You calculate quotations for electrical and software-based projects and ensure that all costs and requirements are accounted for.
You review tenders and customer inquiries to assess technical feasibility, identify risks and evaluate project viability.
You determine material, personnel and subcontractor costs and compare planned vs. actual figures.
You work closely with purchasing, logistics and suppliers—obtaining prices, coordinating schedules and ensuring all information is available on time.
You support sales management by identifying market trends, monitoring competitors and spotting new opportunities.
You provide key information for reporting so the Area Sales Manager has clear and up-to-date KPIs and analyses.
You actively contribute to business development by sharing your expertise and collaborating closely with the sales team.
You maintain all relevant data in the CRM so that leads, quotations and project information remain current and transparent at all times.
Requirements
Completed technical training, e.g., as an electronics technician (m/f/d) or IT specialist (m/f/d), ideally with further qualification as a technical business administrator / business economist or master craftsman (m/f/d).
Several years of professional experience in inside sales or sales support.
Very good MS Office skills and experience using CRM systems; experience working with GAEB files is an advantage.
Knowledge of VOB is an advantage.
Excellent analytical skills and a structured working style.
Business-fluent German and English.
Very good communication skills.
