Responsibilities
Responsible for generating leads, supporting account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Proactive outbound calling to business contacts based on trade show leads, marketing campaigns, and research on the internet and in social networks
Conduct needs analysis and qualify prospective business customers, documenting interactions in the CRM tool
Strategically grow our business by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones
Present our products during customer presentations and at trade shows
Successfully execute sales-promoting activities in coordination with our marketing team and account managers, including contract and price negotiations
Support order processing as needed
Requirements
Solid business administration knowledge
Passion for sales, basic IT knowledge and affinity for technology
High level of motivation and commitment, with enthusiasm for future-oriented technologies
Highly independent working style as well as strong team skills and seamless collaboration with other departments
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Enjoys telephone-based prospecting and conversations with customers
Very good German and English language skills
