About the role
- Inside Sales Associate responsible for maintaining and growing customer base. Providing project quotations and customer service for Capital Electric's industrial and governmental accounts.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate, and complete project quotations
- Provide accurate project management of project orders
- Customer base is primarily Industrial, OEM, Government, and some Construction Accounts
- Negotiate pricing and terms with project vendors and customers
- Enter orders for different jobs for different customers
- Setup certain customers on blankets
- Follow up on product deliveries
- Help counter with sales
- Courtesy and politeness toward customers
- Multi-task and prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- High School or GED
- 1-2 years counter experience – electrical distribution industry preferred
- Solid customer service background
- Good and dependable mathematic, verbal, and written communication skills
