About the role

  • Quality Manager leading and developing Quality, Governance, and Compliance framework for the organisation in Sheffield. Ensuring alignment with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and maintain a robust Quality, Governance, and Compliance framework
  • Act as the central point of contact for quality issues
  • Develop and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Oversee administration and optimisation of quality software
  • Lead non-conformance investigations and manage the CAPA process
  • Provide complex data and quality performance reports
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to drive quality improvement
  • Deliver quality-related training and awareness
  • Support the internal audit programme

Requirements

  • Degree preferably in a life science or equivalent experience
  • Higher level qualification
  • Quality or Health and Safety related qualification
  • Proven knowledge and experience in leading and managing ISO-certified quality management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead internal and external ISO audits
  • Strong understanding of risk-based thinking and quality assurance best practice
  • Ability to interpret evolving healthcare regulations
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and CQC requirements
