  • Divisional Sales Director leading Retail and B2B strategies across multiple channels at coatings company. Ensuring financial performance and team development with high-level client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead strategy across Retail, B2B, and Mid-Volume channels
  • Guarantee achievement of Sell-In and Sell-Out targets
  • Partner with profitability area to define pricing strategies
  • Develop regional sales goals and lead expansion plan
  • Oversee execution of commercial model through standardized processes
  • Ensure dealers and stores have necessary infrastructure and resources
  • Develop high-level relationships with B2B clients and government entities
  • Facilitate coordination between support areas and commercial teams
  • Manage expenses and company resources
  • Build diverse high functioning teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • Master's or Post-graduate degree
  • 8+ years in multi-unit business administration (Retail/B2B) at a Director or Deputy Director level
  • Experience in the coatings industry
  • Professional business English proficiency
  • Full availability to travel or relocate
