Responsibilities
Outbound calling with drive: approx. 120 dials per day — your target is about 5 applications per day (average between 5–10 applications/day)
Building trust: turning skepticism into confidence — approaching relatives and patients with empathy and persuasive clarity
Consultations with heart: providing telephone-based information about our unique care offerings in assistive devices and personal emergency response systems
Supporting existing customers: handling follow-ups and organizational requests with empathy and a solutions-focused approach
Documentation & communication: basic work with our internal software tools (you will receive full training)
Requirements
Enjoy talking to people and the ability to convey calmness and reassurance even in difficult moments
Empathy, active listening, and solution-oriented thinking
Ideally some initial experience in consulting, customer service, nursing, or the healthcare sector
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
Basic technical proficiency — comfortable using a laptop, headset, and software tools
