Lead the future of adidas Golf in the United States
Oversee the full US Field Sales organization—including Regional Managers, Field Sales, Specialty Sales, and Tournament Sales
Deliver financial performance, expand business opportunities, and strengthen key industry relationships
Guide Regional and Specialty Sales teams with clear direction, strategic priorities, and collaborative leadership that supports long-term success
Forecast business trends, assess opportunities, and implement planning strategies that achieve targets and expand market presence
Strengthen connections across internal teams and external golf partners to support shared success
Evaluate booking performance, competitive landscapes, and retail trends to inform decision-making and activate new growth opportunities
Engage in tournaments, sales meetings, and strategic offsite events to support teams, activate programs, and maximize business potential
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
10+ years of golf industry experience, ideally across sales or service leadership
5+ years of experience leading and managing teams
Demonstrated success developing and maintaining strong account relationships
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Background in apparel or footwear sales or service environments
Fluent in English
