About the role

  • Sales and Partner Manager leading sponsorship acquisition and partnership strategies for Startup Nights. Collaborating with diverse teams to expand the event's impact in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new sponsors and partners
  • Development of attractive sponsorship packages and partner strategies
  • Reporting and pipeline management (HubSpot)
  • Managing and expanding existing partnerships
  • Collaboration with executive management, event and marketing teams
  • Leading a small team of volunteers

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, ideally in sponsorship/events with national and/or international reach
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, a personable presence and enthusiasm for sales
  • Ability to quickly understand connections and act proactively
  • Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is an advantage)
  • Service- and customer-oriented
  • Excellent German and English skills (Swiss German is mandatory)
  • Passion for networking, innovation and entrepreneurship
