Responsibilities
With a focus on new customer acquisition and the strategic positioning of our cybersecurity portfolio, including lead generation in Switzerland and occasionally abroad and the development and maintenance of the CRM system
Acquire and manage customers, focusing
Respond to RFPs/RFIs in collaboration with our presales consultants
Ensure smooth customer onboarding in cooperation with our Engineers
Achieve sales targets, contribute to departmental objectives and enhance business development workflows
Participate in marketing activities, including conferences and customer outreach
Prepare customer proposals, update CRM systems, and ensure accurate invoicing
Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends
Requirements
Proven experience in sales and cold calling, preferably within the cybersecurity or ICT sector
Target-driven, autonomous, and highly organized
Excellent teamwork, prioritization, and time management abilities
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
Proficient in building and maintaining relationships, with openness to feedback
Fluency in German and English (C1); French is a plus
