About the role

  • Sales & Account Manager focusing on new customer acquisition and strategic positioning in cybersecurity. Collaborating with teams to drive sales and enhance business development workflows

Responsibilities

  • With a focus on new customer acquisition and the strategic positioning of our cybersecurity portfolio, including lead generation in Switzerland and occasionally abroad and the development and maintenance of the CRM system
  • Acquire and manage customers, focusing
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs in collaboration with our presales consultants
  • Ensure smooth customer onboarding in cooperation with our Engineers
  • Achieve sales targets, contribute to departmental objectives and enhance business development workflows
  • Participate in marketing activities, including conferences and customer outreach
  • Prepare customer proposals, update CRM systems, and ensure accurate invoicing
  • Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and cold calling, preferably within the cybersecurity or ICT sector
  • Target-driven, autonomous, and highly organized
  • Excellent teamwork, prioritization, and time management abilities
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
  • Proficient in building and maintaining relationships, with openness to feedback
  • Fluency in German and English (C1); French is a plus
