About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for generating new business and opportunities in São Luís/MA or Teresina/PI. Involves extensive client interaction and collaboration within the commercial area.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client visits to understand their business;
  • Record and internally forward requests, expectations and nuances identified at each stage of the sales process (Planning - Prospecting – Qualification - Development – Negotiation - In Closing – Closing), interacting with the appropriate internal teams and, when relevant, with involved manufacturers/vendors;
  • Prepare and contribute to presentations and proposals from the perspective of the business, the client, the market and the company, effectively contributing to the planned solution;
  • Create RTC (Road Map to Close) for key opportunities identified as strategic;
  • Perform territory planning and gap analysis when necessary;
  • Manage and plan commercial activities, including a weekly visit plan and analysis of market potential, considering expansion into new clients and additional opportunities within existing clients;
  • Demonstrate the ability to integrate people, objectives and results, using knowledge of the situational environment (client business and strategic issues) aligned with our capabilities and offerings (company portfolio);
  • Identify the stage of the client's potential need (Active; solution-aware/admitted; or Latent);
  • Prepare proposals and, when necessary, request support to develop commercial conditions, including the solution itself (interaction with pre-sales and manufacturers), specifying all necessary details about the client's needs;
  • Follow up on proposed solutions with clients to overcome identified obstacles (potential objections);
  • Negotiate proposal terms and pricing within established decision-making limits;
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys and other information-gathering tools;
  • Perform consultative work with clients to identify additional business opportunities;
  • Keep client opportunity information up to date in the company's systems;
  • Identify key contacts in client relationships and their formal roles (organizational chart) and informal roles (influencers). In particular, map who makes the purchase decision;
  • Perform other related activities.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in Information and Communication Technology, Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration;
  • Professional experience: Experience in commercial/sales roles, covering prospecting through to closing service sales;
  • Must reside in São Luís, MA or Teresina, PI.
