Responsibilities

  • Analysis of the digital user experience
  • Development of improvements based on data and feedback
  • Identification of critical pain points in the digital workday
  • Designing the digital employee journey from onboarding to offboarding
  • Developing personas based on qualitative and quantitative analyses
  • Simplifying communication with different user groups

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics (Information Systems)
  • Several years of experience in Digital Transformation, Requirements Engineering, and Project Management
  • Experience in consulting roles within projects
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working (agile methodologies)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German
  • Good English skills; any additional national language is a plus
