About the role

  • HR Analyst in a multinational pharmaceutical company managing recruitment processes and personnel reports in São Paulo. Working in a hybrid model with responsibilities in supplier contracting and HR logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Monthly update of personnel reports by country and sub-region based on FP&A data
  • Support Business Partners in recruitment and selection processes
  • Manage the recruitment and selection (R&S) platform (posting, tracking, and updating job openings)
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Plan, execute and monitor supplier/vendor contracting processes, including registration, updates, contract requests and deadline tracking
  • Create purchase orders and follow up on financial approvals
  • Support HR event logistics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Advanced English — able to conduct meetings in English
  • Previous experience with HR routines/operations
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Preferred: Intermediate/advanced Spanish
  • Knowledge of the SAP invoicing module
