About the role
- Lead and coordinate the "Reporting & Analysis" subproject within the Future Persy program
- Develop and implement reporting and analysis strategies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities in existing reporting processes
- Lead the Future BI project at PostFinance and implement strategic directives
- Design and build an HR-BI framework
- Anchor the governance model
- Design the HR-BI operating model
- Establish a request process for new reports, including integration criteria and prioritization
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in a data-related field such as Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Work and Organizational Psychology
- Experience leading projects, ideally in reporting and analysis
- Solid knowledge of Business Intelligence, data analysis, and reporting tools, particularly in an SAP environment
- Ability to quickly understand issues and define logical next steps
- Clear and persuasive communication with non-technical stakeholders
- Combine conceptual and strategic thinking with hands-on implementation experience in agile or hybrid setups
