Lead HR Business Partner providing strategic HR leadership to Global Rare Diseases. Supporting organizational objectives and fostering a high performing, engaged workforce in the biopharmaceutical field.
Responsibilities
Provide primary strategic HR leadership and partnership to assigned Global Rare Diseases leaders
Develop and deploy value add HR strategies and initiatives enabling the functions/region to achieve short and long term strategy and goals
Act as trusted advisor and partner to assigned leaders
Collaborate with HR partners to ensure integration of the "voice of the employee" into HR processes and programs
Partner with business functions on talent acquisition, leadership development, and culture initiatives
Analyze trends in performance and recommend solutions for improvement
Partner with country HR on specific employment matters as applicable
Lead special projects as assigned
Requirements
BS/BA in Human Resources or related field of study
Minimum 5-8 years as an HR Business Partner within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Experience working with scientific functions including research and development highly preferred
Experience working in a global and/or complex matrix organization
Demonstrated proficiency in Written, Verbal and Face-to-face communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently maintaining high attention to detail
Builds strong networks and strategic alliances; collaborates across teams and functions to drive shared goals
Critical thinking and reasoning skills with an analytical approach to challenges
Strong interpersonal skills with empathy, tact, and professionalism
