Responsibilities
Updating and maintaining HR indicators
Supporting the full timekeeping adjustment process, including daily processing, termination closings and monthly payroll
Supporting the complete onboarding process: sending invitations, verifying documents and registering employees in the Senior system
Supporting the entire benefits process, including purchasing, maintenance and sending invoices (NF) to the finance department
Benefits registration
Preparing managerial and operational reports
Assisting with the department's administrative routines
Supporting other HR department activities and requests
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Power BI - a plus
Basic to intermediate English - a plus
Experience with the Senior system - a plus
Availability to work on-site at an office located in the Bigorrilho area
