Requirements
Completed commercial (business) or IT-related vocational training
Ideally experience in customer service and an affinity for IT systems
Proficient user of standard MS Office applications
Strong service orientation
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey knowledge
Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
Enjoy collaborating in a team
