About the role

  • Customer Service Employee at Barthel GmbH, a leading European label manufacturer. Managing order processing, customer inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient service.

Responsibilities

  • Efficient order processing: Take responsibility for complete order administration, from acceptance through processing and follow-up
  • Systematic data maintenance: Ensure accurate master data maintenance to guarantee a smooth production process
  • Technical communication: Coordinate technical details directly with plant management and support the technical implementation of our projects
  • Cross-department coordination: Work closely with field sales, the central pricing/quotation team and the complaints department to provide optimal customer support
  • Customer support: Advise customers on pricing, delivery dates and technical details while delivering excellent service

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training, ideally as a Media Technologist – Printing, preferably supplemented by further training as an Industrial Supervisor (Digital & Print Media) or as a Printing and Media Technician
  • Experience in the printing industry, ideally with customer support for self-adhesive/pressure-sensitive labels
  • Confident use of IT systems, especially MS Office
  • Strong communication skills, team-oriented, flexible and reliable
  • Independent, responsible working style with a high level of commitment
  • Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage
