Responsibilities
Hands-on development and execution of journey-based marketing campaigns including campaign assets, segmentation, list management, campaign flow, form creation, testing, tracking, and reporting.
Ensure that we are operating in compliance with applicable privacy laws such as CASL and GDPR.
Management of platform performance and database health, including users, roles, workspaces, programs, sync/system errors, tracking, automations, segmentation, channel management, retention policies and privacy policies.
Work alongside other Digital Marketing Operations analysts and specialists to ensure accuracy of reporting and data governance programs.
Monitor and update scoring, MQL and lead lifecycle operational programs to support alignment between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other business units.
Manage integrations, including CRM, event management platform, webinar platform, live chat, and other tools in the technology stack.
Requirements
Diploma, degree or relevant certifications
5+ years of experience in similar role
Experience working in a creative studio, agency, or production environment with familiarity of print, digital, social and video production techniques.
Proficient at managing multiple projects concurrently.
Strong communication skills and comfortable working with colleagues at all levels of seniority within the company
