Responsibilities
Supports the development and delivery of learning and talent development programs
Provides stakeholder consultation, the creation and delivery of resources, project and program management
Delivers a variety of programs to live audiences both in-person and virtually
Provides stand-up classroom instruction
Reviews materials in relation to organizational needs and ensures quality and accuracy
Fosters effective relationships among HR, management team, business units, and external partners
Updates and analyzes program data to make recommendations to management
Provides reporting and data analysis of learning and talent development metrics across businesses
Requirements
university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
