About the role

  • Learning & Talent Development Specialist supporting the development and delivery of training programs at PNC. Engaging in stakeholder consultation and providing various instructional methods.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the development and delivery of learning and talent development programs
  • Provides stakeholder consultation, the creation and delivery of resources, project and program management
  • Delivers a variety of programs to live audiences both in-person and virtually
  • Provides stand-up classroom instruction
  • Reviews materials in relation to organizational needs and ensures quality and accuracy
  • Fosters effective relationships among HR, management team, business units, and external partners
  • Updates and analyzes program data to make recommendations to management
  • Provides reporting and data analysis of learning and talent development metrics across businesses

Requirements

  • university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
  • in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
