About the role

  • Leadership Capability Partner delivering impactful leadership development programmes at DWF for strengthening capabilities across the organisation. Collaborating with senior leaders and HR for effective leadership interventions.

Responsibilities

  • You will lead the delivery of high-impact leadership development programmes aligned to organisational strategy.
  • This includes facilitating workshops, action learning sets, coaching-style sessions and capability conversations, adapting delivery to suit diverse leadership audiences across jurisdictions.
  • You’ll contribute to the development of leadership frameworks, behaviours and capability models, integrating tools such as behavioural assessments and psychometrics where appropriate.
  • You will also manage external learning providers, overseeing scoping, contracting, programme schedules, quality assurance and evaluation to ensure considerable return on investment.
  • Working closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders, you will diagnose leadership capability gaps, support succession priorities and use data-driven insights to continuously improve leadership interventions and align them to business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering leadership development, facilitation and coaching
  • Considerable stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Experience managing external learning providers and ensuring quality of delivery
  • Understanding of leadership capability frameworks and organisational development principles
  • Confident facilitator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working within complex or multi-stakeholder environments
  • Desirable: Experience within professional services or matrix organisations
  • Exposure to psychometric or behavioural assessment tools
  • Experience evaluating learning impact and using data to inform decision-making
  • Involvement in designing leadership frameworks or capability models
  • Experience supporting succession planning or talent development initiatives
  • Relevant coaching or L&D qualifications
