- Administration of training programs in the Grow system: creation and modification of events, training sessions, online courses, materials, videos, and tests
- Registration of participants, maintaining attendance lists, and mass uploading of training events and sessions
- Processing incoming Learning & Development requests (via Contact Center and MS Outlook); providing consultations as a process subject-matter expert
- Preparation of various reports, including attendance and training effectiveness
- Coordination of technical issue resolution with relevant teams
- Participation in continuous improvement and process standardization programs
- Ensuring timely updates of documentation and SOPs
Requirements
- A professional with communication, coordination and organizational skills
- A fast-learner, attentive to details
- A specialist with a university degree (in the field of Business Administration or equivalent)
- Able to work under time pressure in a changing environment
- Experienced user of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point)
- Confident in English and French on at least Intermediate level (both written and verbal)
