About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate technical issues and align resolutions with impacted teams
  • Administration of training programs in the Grow system: creation and modification of events, training sessions, online courses, materials, videos, and tests
  • Registration of participants, maintaining attendance lists, and mass uploading of training events and sessions
  • Processing incoming Learning & Development requests (via Contact Center and MS Outlook); providing consultations as a process subject-matter expert
  • Preparation of various reports, including attendance and training effectiveness
  • Coordination of technical issue resolution with relevant teams
  • Participation in continuous improvement and process standardization programs
  • Ensuring timely updates of documentation and SOPs

Requirements

  • A professional with communication, coordination and organizational skills
  • A fast-learner, attentive to details
  • A specialist with a university degree (in the field of Business Administration or equivalent)
  • Able to work under time pressure in a changing environment
  • Experienced user of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point)
  • Confident in English and French on at least Intermediate level (both written and verbal)
