Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise a team of sales agents responsible for converting loan applicants into funded customers
  • Provide hands-on coaching, daily performance monitoring, and quality assurance to maximize application completions and loan drawdowns
  • Implement proven contact strategies across phone, email, and SMS channels
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and deliver regular quality assurance reviews for all team members
  • Identify operational efficiencies and gather customer insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the sales process

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales leadership, ideally within fintech, lending or financial services
  • Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve targets while upholding quality standards
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and drive data-backed improvements
  • Excellent communication and feedback delivery skills
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, objection handling and customer journey optimization
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, call-centre technology and responsible lending regulations
