Requirements
- 5+ years in sales leadership, ideally within fintech, lending or financial services
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve targets while upholding quality standards
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and drive data-backed improvements
- Excellent communication and feedback delivery skills
- Deep understanding of sales processes, objection handling and customer journey optimization
