About the role

  • Sales Assistant supporting growth initiatives at VIAMA while assisting the founder in building an authentic sales setup. Engage in sales operations, communication, and content management tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Sales operations & pipeline support
  • Maintenance and development of our lead database (Airtable/HubSpot)
  • Follow-up organization and scheduling
  • Preparation of client materials and proposals
  • Lead research & outreach
  • Identification of suitable target customers (CXOs, mid-sized companies/industrial clients)
  • Preparation of personalized LinkedIn messages
  • Coordination of initial meetings
  • Support with repurposing LinkedIn content
  • Creating short research snippets on cybersecurity/NIS2 topics
  • Contributing to presentations, PDF assets & emails
  • Assisting the founder with day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Self-motivated, structured and reliable
  • Enjoys communication (written & digital)
  • Strong willingness to learn and excellent organizational skills
  • Curiosity about topics such as IT security, compliance, leadership & mid-sized businesses (SMEs)
  • Experience in sales/business development or social selling (nice-to-have)
  • Initial experience in a B2B or consulting environment (nice-to-have)
  • Affinity for LinkedIn and content formats (nice-to-have)
