About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for selling PROCITEC products and solutions in Germany. Engaging new and existing customers and managing project phases.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales of PROCITEC products and system solutions in Germany
  • Identify and acquire new customers
  • Strengthen and deepen existing customer relationships
  • Support during the execution phase of relevant projects
  • Prepare and present decision-making documents
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses
  • Present the PROCITEC portfolio to customers and at trade shows
  • Independently manage sales leads and contribute to overall planning
  • Coordinate proposal preparation with the sales team and other relevant departments

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science
  • Strong business administration knowledge
  • Knowledge of planning and procurement processes for public-sector clients
  • Experience from the environment of our users (preferred)
  • Strong affinity for technically complex products that require explanation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Goal- and results-oriented working style
  • Confident in negotiation and presentation
  • Outgoing, committed team player with high self-motivation
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Fluent German and English
