About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for developing strategic sales plans and managing high-performance teams in mixing industry. Collaborating with departments for growth and maintaining market position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Establish short-term and long-term sales objectives in alignment with the company’s goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate existing Agents/Distribution network, performance manage the network if required.
  • Onboard new agents/distributors, provide product training and support with client visits.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell with the other GMM Pfaudler product lines.
  • As the region grows to Recruit, train, and mentor regional sales managers.
  • Monitor individual and team performance.
  • Oversee sales operations, including CRM systems, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Optimize pricing strategies and sales processes to maximize profitability.

Requirements

  • Engineering background, MBA preferred but not essential.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales role, with 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership position.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends.
