Requirements
Engineering background, MBA preferred but not essential.
Proven track record of success in a senior sales role, with 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership position.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
