Tech Sales Intern supporting sales efforts by identifying developer-focused teams for Pinata. Gain hands-on experience in SaaS sales with flexible working arrangements.
Responsibilities
**Prospect and research accounts:** Identify companies, developer teams, and potential use cases that align with Pinata's products and ideal customer profile.
**Support outbound efforts:** Help draft and send thoughtful outreach messages (email/LinkedIn), test messaging, and track outcomes.
**Learn the product & communicate value:** Familiarize yourself with Pinata's platform and articulate its benefits in clear, customer-friendly language (no coding experience required).
**Leverage a CRM:** Log activities, update contact/account details, and keep pipeline notes organized and accurate.
**Collaborate cross-functionally:** Work with the team on marketing efforts, social media, messaging, and events.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
Graduation date of Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter 2027 (You must have at least one semester remaining)
Interest in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or SaaS (prior internship, campus org leadership, or part-time work counts!)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable reaching out to new people
Organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize and meet competing deadlines
Comfortable learning basic technical concepts
Commitment to a full-time internship from **Monday, June 1, through Friday, August 7, 2026**
