Responsibilities
Build and grow B2B sales pipelines across Spain and Portugal, targeting industries such as FinTech, InsureTech, eCommerce, and LegalTech
Identify and approach potential B2B clients through outbound activities including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Establish and nurture relationships with key contacts and decision-makers at target companies, driving long-term partnerships
Track market trends and competitor activity to continuously refine sales strategies
Represent PAIR Finance at industry events and networking opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of your sales activities using our CRM tool (Monday.com)
Proactively develop your knowledge of the debt collection industry, AI-based financial solutions, and the regulatory landscape in the Iberian market
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English is a mandatory requirement; Portuguese, Catalan and/or German is a plus
Some experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within FinTech, InsureTech, or LegalTech, with exposure to the Iberian market
Existing professional network in consumer-focused industries in Spain and Portugal is a plus
A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Comfortable with technology and able to clearly explain our AI-driven solutions to potential clients
Proficient in MS Office and open to working with emerging technologies, including AI
