About the role

  • Senior Sales Manager handling B2B sales cycles from lead identification to contract closing. Driving impact in the FinTech industry through consultative sales approach in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • You independently identify strategic market and growth opportunities and build a high-quality B2B pipeline.
  • You manage complex sales cycles from prospecting new clients through negotiations to contract signing.
  • You establish long-term, reliable partnerships and act as the primary contact for your clients throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • You lead demanding sales projects such as tenders and actively contribute to process optimization.
  • You work closely with internal stakeholders (Integration, Legal) and proactively provide feedback from yourself and your clients to help evolve our offering.
  • You represent PAIR Finance at trade shows and relevant industry events.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B business development or SaaS sales, ideally in a FinTech, LegalTech, or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals with longer sales cycles.
  • Strong network in industries relevant to us (financial services, e-commerce, insurance, telecommunications).
  • A consultative sales approach and the ability to translate complex client requirements into solutions.
  • Good technical understanding to convincingly present our AI-based solution and win new clients.
  • Fluent German and very good business-level English; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
